  1. This Privacy Policy determines principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Presidential Hotel website (hereinafter: Service)
  2. The administrator of personal data processed on the Website is Hotele Prezydenckie Sp. z o.o., Rzeszow 35-309, ul. Podwislocze 48 entered in the register of entrepreneurs under the number NIP: 8133274812 (hereinafter: ADO).
  3. For the sake of security of entrusted personal data, ADO operates on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with relevant legal acts in the field of personal data protection, and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
  4. ADO takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that personal data is:
    • processed in accordance with the law,
    • collected for designated, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes,
    • substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
    • stored in a form that enables identification of data subjects for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  5. ADO performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior by voluntarily entering information in forms, for the purpose:
    • of responding to user’s inquiries directed by using the contact form under Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR,
    • of accepting reservations by using the online booking system under Article 6 (1) (b) of GDPR,
    • of rendering services provided by the ADO under Article 6 (1) (b) of GDPR,
    • of marketing including sending commercial information to the e-mail address, if the Customer has consented to this by ticking the appropriate box in the booking process under Article 6 (1) (a) of GDPR. The consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking on the appropriate link in the received message or sending such notification to the ADO e-mail address,
    • implementation of the legitimate interest of ADO in special cases under Article 6(1) (f) of the GDPR, eg debt collection.
